Undefined Element (since 5.1.5)

Hey there, since the new cornerstone update to Version 5.1.5 several Elements that used to work before, are now “undefined Element” (see https://ibb.co/X3HS4rb). When I click on one of those elements, a new site is loaded, which is only grey. Looking into the logs inside dev tools I’ve found the following:
" uncaught (in promise) Error: Unable to use style template before element is rendered at ut (app.f241066.js:8) at J (app.f241066.js:42) at app.f241066.js:42 at Bh (react-dom.min.js?ver=16.13.1:126) at Dj (react-dom.min.js?ver=16.13.1:162) at unstable_runWithPriority (react.min.js?ver=16.13.1:25) at Da (react-dom.min.js?ver=16.13.1:60) at xb (react-dom.min.js?ver=16.13.1:162) at Te (react-dom.min.js?ver=16.13.1:146) at react-dom.min.js?ver=16.13.1:61 "

Would be nice if you could help me out fixing this.
Kind regards,
Niko
