Unanswered Urgent Case (AGAIN!)

I again have a case with you that has gone unanswered for days.

This is the second time this month that urgent cases go unanswered and I have to beg to get it looked at.

This is really embarrassing for us with our clients and reflects horribly on Theme.Co.

How am I supposed to recommend you to my clients when urgent issues get ignored and I get stock answers back, unless I beg and open multiple cases to get your attention?

Can I please get support for this issue with your product!?! It’s been 5 days with no response!

The last time took 16 days with no action. Is this how it just is with Theme.co and the level of professionalism I should expect from your organization?
