Unable to validate the staging site

I have a PRO license. I have set up a staging site and then placed URL in the license field for staging. I then take the validation code to place on the staging site. It then congratulates me, only to quickly go back to a message that says validation code is needed. Please advise

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you disable all your plugins first then re-validate your staging website. If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
