I have Pro 2.2.3 trying to update to 2.5.5. I’ve been asked to enter the license, however I get an error that the license is assigned to another site. When I go to manage my licenses, I see it correctly assigned to my site. Can you please assist?

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your licenses and the only sites that can validated using the Pro licenses codes are the following listed in the secure note. To validate the theme properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validation again, and insert the license code.
