Unable to revoke a license not in use

Hello,

I can’t revoke the license for one of the sites in a WP network:

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

I’ve read similar posts here in the forum and also tried these steps:

Problems with Product Validation | Themeco Docs

A few things that may affect:

1. It’s a WP network, but not the main site.
2. I moved it from a single site installation to this multisite, different IP but same URL.
3. I see that in the URL field of some of my sites I’m able to enter “https://” before but not in this case.

Suggestions? Can you please have a look?

Thanks for writing in! I have check your licenses and also your site URLs assignments. Please make sure to use the license code that is assigned to the URL. You may have use the other to validate the other site.
