Unable to open Cornerstone

I am not able to open Cornerstone editor. Please see the attached screenshot.
I have updated the theme to the latest version.

I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL

Hey @JacobZac,

I believe the issue has to do with your server / web host’s low memory setting. Please review the common issues shared by my colleague, one of the troubleshooting step mentioned is increase the memory (see https://theme.co/docs/common-issues#increasing-php-memory-limit).

If increasing the memory doesn’t help, kindly provide FTP or cpanel access. Your web host can provide this detail.

Hello, the memory limit has been already set to 512.

Please kindly have a look via cpanel as you suggested.

Hello @JacobZac,

I went ahead and changed the permalink setting to Plain and then switched it back to Post Name, and the page builder is working fine at the moment. I suggest clearing your browser cache and checking again.
