Unable to launch Cornerstone, Theme Options etc

Hiya! Just purchased X theme. Am a newbie trying to build my new website. I am facing some issues after validated the x-child theme for my subdomain.

I am not able to launch Cornerstone, Theme Options, Templates etc.

Message displayed:
“# Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

Your help is most appreciated!

Hi Deshana,

Thanks for writing in! You are encountering the issue because you haven’t set the permalinks yet. Please go to Settings > Permalinks > Post Name. And make sure that you have check out the following documentation:

If this is not helping, kindly provide us access to your site so we can check it. In your next reply, you may include the following WP details in a secure note:

  • WP login URL
  • username
  • password
