Hey there. I just purchased X theme and I am not able to validate… I got error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

What do I do?

Would you mind sharing your credential so that we can check and take a look? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
