Unable to get Term name from a custom post category

Hello,

I did’nt find help on the forum concerning my issue.

I create a custom post (FAQ) with the plugin "Custom Post Type UI” (CPT UI) and I created categories for all my custom post to sort my FAQ-post in different categories.

I’m able to create a looper to get all custom posts (FAQ) but not able to get the slug of the category using {{dc:term:slug}}. It returns no value…

I’m trying to do this to make a filter by category (Show/hide)

To help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hello @thomasbruyere,

Thanks for sharing the login details I went ahead and cloned your section and created the required settings to display the term name. I have made a section called “Themeco Test” and set it as hidden mode you can unhide from the section —>customize —>Hide during breakpoints.
