Yet you can see on front end that page loads fine. This was a big update from a very old version of cornerstone/themeX, how do we convert the old data to the new editor?

Thanks for writing to us.
It appears the page may have been edited with a different page builder, just because the page is corrupted. I would suggest you please contact your hosting provider for a database backup and restore the previous database backup.

not possible. We were on 5.5 version or older and upgraded to latest version yesterday for 100 dollars.
How do we fix, please? The information is clearly there, and we’re not in a position to have to manually rebuild the entire website when it loads fine to customer facing, only issue is. your builder.

Was this page created with the older X theme and X Shortcode plugin? Be advised that older pages created with X Shortcode cannot be edited with the Cornerstone Builder. We would be happy to double-check your site if we can log in. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
