I think this is a bug, I’m unable to drag items up or down when the navigation is placed at the bottom, but okay to drag them when navigation is on the side. Is this intensional?
What do you mean? “Navigation” = Nav? Bottom = bottom layout, or bottom position in elements column? Maybe you can record a video with loom on screencast?
The “navigation” I meant layout, Elements, Inspector - you can either have on the left hand side of the screen, or at the bottom.
You can drag items up or down when is positioned on the left hand side, but unable to drag them when is positioned at the bottom of the screen.
