Hi,

I tried to update XPro from 4.33, but that doesn’t work:

On my XAMPP development installation everything works fine.
Do you have any proposal to solve that problem?

Perhaps it has something to do with the dashboard information of Wordpress after the automatic update to 5.81:

RSS-Fehler: WP HTTP Error: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

• The php.ini of my XAMPP-Version shows the correct path to curl-ca-bundle.crt
• php-info of our website doesn’t show a path to the crt (and I don’t have a chance to edit the php.ini)

What’s gone wrong?

Hi @oowaying, Thanks for reaching out! The issue has nothing to do with the theme but it is an SSL certificate problem. To bypass the issue, you need to add this code in your child theme functions.php. add_filter( 'https_ssl_verify', '__return_false' ); @Meister, Please follow my suggestion above. Thank you.
