Unable to add Preview image to Templates

I am not able to add a Preview image to the Templates listed under Template Manager. When I click on the + button, the “Add Media” popup opens up but then before I can select an image, I immediately get directed to the following?

Please help!

Thanks for the reply. I tried what is suggested in the thread you shared but am still getting the same incorrect behavior.

Also, I am not seeing the “Secure Note” option (the image below shows what I see); what am I missing?

Hi Misha,

The secure note is only applicable to your existing post.

And yes, it seems to be related to redirect, I’ll check once you provide the credentials.

I was able to replicate this issue in my test sites.

Hi support team,

Any estimate on when this may get resolved? Without this feature, the templates are quite cumbersome to use because simply by using the name, it is hard to remember what you are adding. Seems to be a simple bug, so will appreciate if this can be prioritized. Thanks!
