UI: Breadcrumbs bar shows up differently in builders on the first load

When the Content builder is started, the breadcrumbs bar does not show up until an element is inspected. In the Header builder, it does show up, but empty.

I actually like the idea where the breadcrumbs bar isn’t showing unless something is selected.

Thanks! Yes, we definitely want that to be a consistent experience. Fixed for the next patch. It will keep the bar hidden until an element is selected/inspected.
