"Uh Oh" when saving a Page Template, and the Loaded Page Template does not appear

Hi!

When I want to save a page template, a big “Uh Oh” is written on the toolbar.

The saved template appears on the list, but if loaded to the page, it doesn’t appear.

Thanks!

Hi Misho,

We’ve fixed this for the next patch. Sorry about introducing this regression.

I have a similar issue to this on Beta 5… although the template saves ok but the entire Template Manager comes up with the Uh Oh!

Also got the “Uh oh!” message after editing a site, but was not able to find out what caused it:
uhoh error message

Site looks fine in the backend but i cant save any changes there and front-end version is completely empty.

After i tried to go back to the wordpress dashboard, i got this message:

(my php-memory limit is set to 512MB)

Let me know if you need log-in credentials for debugging.

Hi @sparko,

I’m sorry for the delay here. If you don’t mind, it’d be great to see that on your site. Could you just open a new thread? That would keep your credentials secure. Thank you!

i rebuilt the page from scratch and now its working with beta 6. I’ll let you know if it occurs again …

Thanks! Sounds good.

Hey @alexander

I’m getting an issue with importing a preset template from another pro site (non-beta)… into a beta 8 site I’m building. Is this a bug you are aware of, maybe resurfaced? I seem to remember loading templates being an issue earlier in the beta testing

Hey @scotbaston,

I’ve tried a variety of assets and they’re all working. Maybe I could try your file directly? I’ll send you an email.
