Hi Tom,
Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to it.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
4.Increasing PHP Memory Limit
If none of the above helps, and you are still getting the same issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi,
I have tried these steps and they have not worked.
Thanks,
Tom
Hi Tom,
It has been found that the pages are saving properly using the Content Builder, please let us know if you are still having the issue while saving the content.
Regarding the Slider, there is no slider plugin found which will allow you to create or add any slider. To add any slider, please use any of the bundled slider plugins that come with the theme.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
Hi,
It is the top of the website. We have a slider of 3 images on www.stixdrinks.com. We want to change the image but it will not allow us to change it. It is called “Classic Slider”. Please help[.
Thanks,
Tom
Hi Tom,
The image added in Classic Slider using the HTML content, so if you want to change the image, you need to upload the image first then you need copy the image path from media and replace it in the HTML content shown in the second screenshot.
Please find the article on how to get the image path from media uploaded in WordPress: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-get-the-url-of-images-you-upload-in-wordpress/
Hope it helps.
Thanks.
Hi,
Yes this is how we make the updates to the slider as per normal, however, this time, when we hit save an error message comes up with ‘Uh Oh, failed to save’.
We can’t make any updates to our home page. Please see image below.
Hi Tom,
The issue is not related to the slider, I tested that it does not allow you to save after modifying or adding anything and also found that the issue is only with the Home Page. I would suggest you check by deleting the section one by one till the issue is fixed, and the last one you have deleted before the fix is the actual issue.
On the other hand, I duplicated the Home Page, added a new slider and seems that page is working fine, I would request you set this page as Home Page and try once to save. Please find the URL in the secure note.
If you still get the issue with it, please copy your live site to a staging server and add the above code, so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
