Ubermeny wont update (UberMenu update check error: 404)

Hi,
we are having some issues with updating the Ubermenu plugin and would also like to change all contact emails.

  • In the plugin menu it says “update required”, but when we try to update it states that we have the latest version.
  • Below the plugin we have an error message:
    “UberMenu update check error: 404 :: No sale belonging to the current user found with that code”

What happens:

  • After pressing the “Update required” link, we are taken to the Bulk extention manager.
  • In version it states Installed version to be 3.6.0.1 (in red) and available version 3.6.1 (in green)
  • I press update and get a new page stating: Updating plugin: UberMenu. The plugin is at the latest version.
  • The only page option is to return to the bulk manager.

What does this mean to us and how do we update the plugin?

Email changes

Email updates:
We would like all our contact emails changed to “[email protected]” (themeco and ubermenu contact etc)
If we need to set new passwords, please add those links as well.

Thanks for reaching us.

We have detailed documentation on how to update the the extensions/plugins, to know that please go through this article.
You can also try by deactivating the plugin and re-install it from X > Validation.
To change the Account Email, Go to your Themeco Account > Click into your Avatar [ Right Top Corner ] > Account,
you have the option to change the email there.
