Ubermenu update requires an Ubermenu license

Hello,

My version of X-Theme has been validated and appears to be working properly. However the system will not allow me to update the Ubermenu plugin as it keeps requesting an Ubermenu license. I have tried to enter our purchase code for X-theme but that hasn’t worked. How do I get around this issue?

Hi @Alex_WU,

As the UberMenu is a bundled plugin you do not have access to purchase code and the support of the UberMenu plugin itself. You need to wait for us to release the new version for you and then you will be able to update the plugin.

I am in the middle of working on a major site update and need access to the Ubermenu. If I but an additional Ubermenu license will that resolve the issue?

Hi @Alex_WU,

You can simply ignore the update notice because the current version (v3.6.1) is the latest supported version and before releasing an update, we take time to test it and check for compatibility issues. We know that you want stable software that just works out of the box, and that’s why the latest version of an Extension may not always be the one we make available to you.

Additional Ubermenu license will solve the update problem too but the plugin might not work as expected with the theme because that would be an untested version of an extension
