Good morning,
I’ve bought the X Theme license and I’ve been trying for the past month to license it but it continues to come up with “Could not establish connection. For assistance, please start by reviewing our article on troubleshooting connection issues.”
I’ve gone through all the steps on the website help, plus I’ve tried under multiple different connection server areas.
Can you please help me use this product?
