Trying to activate X theme but it keeps saying validation required

Hello,

I am using the X theme and updated my website so it changed from IP address to domain name and need to re-validate. The only problem is that I do it and nothing happens and it says I need to validate.

Please can someone advise?

Additional information is that I am using the parent theme. Don’t have the child theme installed and also have the latest version of the X theme

I suggest that you disable all your plugin first and re-validate your website. If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
