Translation of 'read more'

hello,

i want to translate the read more button via function to german (i do not want to use wpml or polylang).
i am using pro theme with stack renew.

this solution does not work (even i have made adjustements for them pro theme)

Thanks for writing to us.

X/PRO theme comes localization-ready. All that’s needed is a translation file for your language. It means that you will have the translate it in your own language because the translation files are already there.
