Translate Countdown Labels

Hello,
I would like to translate the label of the countdown.
I found the code in helpers.php but can’t copy that file to my child theme.

/pro/cornerstone/includes/utility/helpers.php
to
/pro-child/cornerstone/includes/utility/helpers.php

Is it possible to copy and edit it?
What is a simple way to translate “Days” to “Tage”?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The plugin files cannot be copied into the child theme, for translations, I’d recommend you to use WPML plugin (see https://theme.co/docs/wpml#translation)
