Hi, how do I go about transferring a license to a client?

Hey @ivyrose,

The first step to transfer a license is to first unlock it. Here’s the instruction given in another thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/unable-to-register-license/53511/2

Your client can then create an account using the license. If that does not work, please let us know so we could reset the license manually.
