Unable to register license

Hello,

I own a license that I have purchased through themeforest.net and was used for a site that never went into production (bpcpoland.com - domain expired so I no longer have an access to any mailbox on that domain).

I have tried to register the license no. under my main account but it says that license cannot be registered.

So my question is: how can I now register it to my main account?.. or at least know under which e-mail address was it registered so I can log in to that account (as I have tried every address that was valid at the time for the bpcpoland.com domain but nothing works). Can provide proof of ownership of this license.

… or is it lost for ever? :frowning:

Hey Filip,

I’ll post the email the license was registered to in the secure note. Once you have logged in, you can unlock your license so you can register it to your current account.

Hey Christan,

WOW! Thank you so much. I have logged in and unlocked the license and I have a key icon next to the license that when I hover over it displays “Waiting for transfer”… but when I try to import it to this account I still get a message stating: “Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code”. This is the only license I have in the old account.

Am I doing something wrong?

There was a problem with our license transfer system but I believe it got fixed last week. I’ll forward this to the person who has access to licenses.
