Transfer X theme License To New Website

I currently have X theme support for https://naturalnutritioncompany.com. However, I recently sold this website and would like to transfer my X theme license to my other website, https://itraveltomuseums.com. I tried installing X theme on the website but received this notice:

“Your license of X is not validated . Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. [Learn more] about product validation or [manage licenses directly in your Themeco account.”

When I go into my account, there is no option to revoke the license. It just says to unlock it. I did that but it didn’t help the issue. Could you please assist? Thank you!

Thanks for writing to us.

You need to log in to your Themeco account and unlock the license code. Once it is unlocked, you can register a new site in the Themeco account or you can register a new account with your license and then enroll the site URL there.
