I need to transfer several Single Licenses to their website owners. Can you give me the steps to do this? The accounts are under Legacy Support. Will the new owner need to purchase support in order to setup their account?

That is correct, support will have to be active on the account to transfer the licenses. Once renewed, you can transfer the license or the client(s) can purchase support directly and then you can send an email via our contact page and we can move the license to their account(s).
Thank you. Sorry, not quite clear. Am I clear, that I renew support and transfer the account, there is no charge to the client? If this is the case, how does the client set up an account?
