The top menu item is not working or doesn’t seem to be active on the Ipad. The dropdown sub items work fine though. It all works fine on desktop and mobile.

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

- Child Theme
- CSS/JS Customization
- Increasing PHP Memory Limit
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling CDN
