Trying to validate our license key and i get " This looks like a brand new purchase code that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet." when i follow the link to sign in i get a page saying “Oh my. It looks like this page has been lost.”

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • License code purchased

Hi Tony,

It seems that you have License for the X theme, and trying to validate it for Cornerstone. Just for your information, Cornerstone is an individual plugin that comes with the X theme too. So if you want to use the Cornerstone along with other themes, you need to buy a standalone Cornerstone license.
