Please confirm that you’re following the Theme Installation steps here https://theme.co/docs/installation-and-validation
Give us screenshots so we could see where you’re installing and IF you’re doing it exactly as our theme installation instruction, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.
Note that we will not login without proof that you’ve followed the theme installation guide.
