Several of our websites suddenly show up blank when the theme is updated, Our server said…
“I would recommend reaching out to your theme developer on the matter to see what is happening with the child theme as that looks to be the culprit at the moment.”
KJCLS.com was the recent one but restoring a backup to get that fixed now.
Please advise.

Did this also happen when you update the theme and WordPress 6.2? If yes, WordPress update 6.2 creates an infinite loop of our product. We are able to fix it in Pro 6.1.10/ X 10.1.10. If you are having an issue with the latest version of WordPress and our theme, I highly suggest checking this article on how to fix the downtime.
