Thanks for reaching out.

There should be no duplicate since it should be automatic once you switch a different language (language flag) within the preview builder. Plus, you have different WPML setting, please check this https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/wpml-issue/48740

In that thread, you’re suppose to see a flag icons and an option to duplicate it from blank or existing content language.
