Theme Options panel sections can't be closed

I don’t know if this is intended behaviour but you can’t close a section in the Theme Options by clicking on the section name or arrow icon.

Thanks, understandably an annoyance, but unfortunately one we realized wasn’t easily accessible to fix at the moment. The inspector wasn’t really meant to have toggles like that but we kinda forced a way to get them in. We need to refactor some things fix the issue properly, but before we do that I want to have some further discovery conversations about the Theme Options reboot so we’re not having to rewrite it more than once. We’ll get this solved at some point.
