Theme Options Not Working on Clean Install

Hi,

When I click the them options in my WP Admin, it rerouts me to a non-existent page. I just did a clean install of WordPress and the X Theme, so I don’t know why it’s not finding the Theme Options. Has anyone else had this issue? This is my url:

In the Admin, when I click on the Theme Options, it reroutes me out of the Admin and to a page that shows the Theme Options but doesn’t allow me to edit them:

Thanks for reaching out.

Your site does not have the X theme installed right now, please activate the X theme and check if the issue still exists or not. If that exists, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues:

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. Child Theme Issue
3. CSS/JS Customization
4. Disabling Cache
5. Theme Options Issues

If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
