Theme options menu changing in builder (Beta9) when dragging to bottom of screen

Hello, I just discovered that the “Theme options” tab changes when you drag it from the side of the screen to the bottom of the screen.

All the options dissapear (Layout and design, Typography, Buttons etc.) when you place this tab on the bottom of the screen. I tried holding the “shift” button down in combination with mouse scrolling but that didn’t work because all the tabs just simply seem to be gone.

Thanks! I see what you mean. When Theme Options is horizontal it’s supposed to show something akin to the control navigation where the available groups are in another toolbar. Will look into what’s going on there.
