The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. this is most often related to a plugin conflict or customizations introducing a php error

I just bought X THEME.
After installation and validation, I wanted to create a new page with Cornerstone.
The following error message is returned:

THE PREVIEW COULD NOT LOAD DUE TO THE IFRAME RESPONSE BEING INCOMPLETE.
THIS IS MOST OFTEN RELATED TO A PLUGIN CONFLICT OR CUSTOMIZATIONS INTRODUCING A PHP ERROR
Origin URL : https://www.pourunmassage.fr
Preview URL : https://www.pourunmassage.fr/?page_id=29

I followed the instructions in your forum post:

After saving the page as “published” and refreshing it, the problem seemed to be solved and I was able to create other pages without content yet. But, every time I create a page, I have to save it as published and refresh it to access it.
I changed my HOME page in wordpress as the main static page of my site, as Front Page. I recorded it.
Again, the following error message then appeared, with a slight modification concerning the links :

THE PREVIEW COULD NOT LOAD DUE TO THE IFRAME RESPONSE BEING INCOMPLETE.
THIS IS MOST OFTEN RELATED TO A PLUGIN CONFLICT? OR CUSTOMIZATIONS INTRODUCING A PHP ERROR
Origin URL : https://www.pourunmassage.fr
Preview URL : https://www.pourunmassage.fr/

Even by resaving this page and refreshing it, I can’t access it anymore and I can’t create a front page for my site.

I followed all the recommendations I could see on your forum, but nothing solved the problem.
I uninstalled and reinstalled several times WORDPRESS, X THEME and CORNERSTONE
It seems to be due to permalinks and Cornerstone.

-My version of XTHEME is 10.2.1
-My version of CORNERSTONE is 7.2.1
-My Wordpress version is 6.2
-desactivated all plug-ins except for cornerstone, and the problem persisted,
-ensure the PHP memory limit was set at 512M,
-checked my PHP version it is 7.4 environnement stable64

I give you my access via the secure note.
Best regards

I think OVH is disabling your pages from rendering, causing us to not be able to display or edit them. Is there a setting to turn off that Site Construction message? I’d say you probably back in business after that. We offer an under construction plugin too that you can download and activate in the X page to use instead. If you don’t want to do that right now, your pages other than the homepage are editable right now. Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your prompt response.
I deleted a symbolic link set up by OVH at the root of my site which pointed to a site under construction message.
I can now edit my pages, including the home page. Can you confirm that you can view and edit them?

But another problem arose. When I go to my address www.pourunmassage.fr, I arrive on my old JIMDO site which was previously redirected to this address.
I no longer have any redirection in progress on the OVH server, my DNS zone is correct, there is only one redirection in progress on Google my business. Could this redirect be the cause of the problem displaying my site?

Sorry for my too quick return, my old JIMDO site is no longer visible.
I can see my new site displaying.
Can you confirm that for me on your side?
Thanks a lot for your help.

Everything seems to be ok.
This was due to an htaccess file.

Thanks a lot for your help!!!
