Hi,
Im suddenly seeing a wierd issue where some of my video posts show a white image preview in stead of the dedicated vimeo thumbnail.
post number 2 and 3 are white. Source and settings are supposed to be identical on vimeo and wordpress… as far as i can tell some of the posts are missing the div.tg-item-media-inner container where the image is stored on the posts that work.
How can i solve this issues?

Hey @motionair,
Thank you for providing the credentials. It seems like the issue comes from the Vimeo video settings , the grid somehow is not able to fetch the video thumbnail, try changing the the thumbnails of your problematic videos (see https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/224818047-Video-settings-overview )
