The-Grid Skin Builder not available

I recently purchased the theme after seeing The Grid was included (With skin builder).

I downloaded the plugin extras file straight from themeco, and installed the included “the-grid” plugin via FTP, yet the page builder is still blocked stating I have to Register The Grid.

Just in case, i tried doing that but it says “No purchases found”

It was my understanding that X-Theme came with a version of The Grid that had page builder unlocked? Is this not the case anymore? Or is there another place I need to download the plugin file from?

The Grid plugin is bundled in X. Please ensure you’ve validated X first. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-product-validation/55. If you’ve done so and the issue persists, please give us access to your WordPress admin.
