The Grid Plugin - not formatting correctly

Hi,

I have been using X and now Pro for a while and noticed recently that I can’t format grids correctly anymore on this theme. Can anyone help??

The items should be in grid format but alway default to full width for each one…

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Permalinks

If none of those work, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Thank you for the information. It seems you are using an older version of the theme or plugins. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• Pro theme 3.2.3
• The Grid 2.7.8
• WP 5.5.3
• PHP 7.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

• https://theme.co/docs/changelog/pro-3

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hi,

Just updated and cleared Cache and still no charge. When I use grid in masonry style I get this - https://vortexhire.co.uk/services/lighting-hire
and in Grid style the items disappear altogether. Very Strange…
Any Ideas?

Hi @vortex,

There might be some issues with the Classic Grid element used to show the grid, by going ahead I have added the Raw Content element to show the Grid and it rendering perfectly into the page.
