The Grid "no content found" after updating

Hi Team,

We have several X website and upon updating to 8.3.3 The Grid Instagram feeds stopped working and display an error that says “No Content Found”

Sites not yet updated on 8.3.1 are displaying without any issues.

Please advise how we fix to update the theme AND display the social feeds.

It might be the issue of plugin conflict or cache issue or Instagram API key issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache
  5. Child Theme

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Nothing else changed between these two sites except a X and cornerstone update.
When that happens the Grid stopped working.

Hello @Deesign,

Please double-check the Access Token.

They should be unique to each site assignment. If the updated Token still having the same issue, can you please downgrade the X theme to 8.3.1 and see if the problem exists.
