I’m adding one to my page at ggre.co/contact.
It isn’t giving me options to make the stars 5 stars or any other options other than the text and citation.

That is strange. It should be giving you a control group to add the stars. Would you please test and see if you enable the advanced mode you will have access to the options?
The advanced mode should force the testimonial element options to look like this:
If you still have problems with the options please kindly follow the steps below:
- Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
- Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options and/or Child Theme and test the case.
kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case if you still have problems.

Hi @syphlix,
I added a test page and used the Testimonial element and it worked with no problem. You need to scroll the top tab to find the Rating tab and click on that to show all the rating related options. I created a video to show how to do so:
