Template import broken

Using Pro v4.3.1

I tried to export some templates from a staging site and import them to the live site. But the whole import process did not work.

I exported about four templates. I was able to import one of them (and only after the third attempt). All other templates did not import. No progress is seen, it just does nothing. I also tested with Chrome, FireFox (also incognito mode) and Safari. I also tested to import on a completely different website that uses also Pro Theme v4.3.1.

Any known issues about that topic?

The exported template might have corrected I would suggest you export the template again and then import it. To export and import template please have a look at our documentation to learn more about how to import and export template through the template manager

I recommend increasing the following server settings to the specified value or larger. Please consult your web host for all these server settings

PHP configuration recommended

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
