Template from DesignCloud not showing in pro builder

Dear team,

I installed “Vertical” template from design cloud. Now in the Pro builder it doesn’t show up when selecting Load Template. There it strangely only shows 5 “starter” templates and one other I installed: creative columns 5. That one initially didn’t appear either and then for some reason it did.

What am I doing wrong?

In the templates menu I see so many templates already available and installed, Why they don’t show for me to upload or select into a column when building a page?

Be advised that “Tabs: Vertical” is a Preset. A preset will not load in the layout tab. It can only be applied to a tab element:
