the accordion on the home page looks correct in pro but not on site.
very stressed, Krina

Hello Krina,

Thanks for writing in!

1.) Your header is only designed for desktop screens. You will have to create another bar that is exclusive for smaller screens. You can show or hide the bar element in your header by utilizing the “Hide During Breakpoints” option. Kindly check this out:

Meanwhile, please also check out our video tutorials here:

2.) Please do not insert an HTML tag in the accordion item titles. You are only allowed to insert plain texts.

<h3>Spay & Neuter Program begins March 2020</h3>

Kindly remove the <h3> tag.

Best Regards.

#2. The above did not work. The accordion still does not look at all like it does in PRO when actually on the site.

put it on original question

Hi Krina,

After going through your site, it has been found that the elements are not applied with the auto-generated hierarchy classes of the Pro and that is the reason why the styles are not rendering into the frontend.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to it.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
4.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks
