I’m having some issues with the subscribe form on my home page. You hit subscribe and it goes through but the thank for subscribe notification does not show up. And when you hit the subscribe button, the button just grays out and nothing else happens.
Also my contact form, it submits but I never receive an email, so I would not know who submitted it or how I would be able to reach back out to them.

The temporary workaround is using another subscription type plugin like ConvertPlus plugin for now and connect it to your MailChimp. Then use its shortcode to embed and replace the current Email Forms.

The link you posted to the thread does not exist. ConvertPlus no longer works on my site, ether (farawayflyfishing.com). Where can I get more information on the status of this issue?

This could be related to your host provider, can you please follow the troubleshooting steps listed here https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/#Contact_Form_7_Email_Issues most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.
