Email Form doesn't work anymore

Hi there,

I just wrote in my recent post that the email form works. However, now it seems to not work anymore.
There is no error message but the email is not added to the list either.

It is connected with Mailchimp.

Hi Franziska,

Thank you for writing in, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it’s not a plugin conflict, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Can you try creating a new form and check if the issue persist.

The problem is still there. I created a new form with Email Forms. But it’s still the same issue.

I’m able to reproduce this issue on my installation. I added this to our issue tracker and unfortunately, I can’t find any temporary workaround.

So there is no way I can use the Email Forms with Mailchimp?
Or what do you suggest in the meantime?

I’m afraid, yes, but you could try ConvertPlus plugin for now and connect it to your MailChimp. Then use its shortcode to embed and replace the current Email Forms.
