Submenu click not working on iPad landscape / hamburger menu issue

I’m experiencing an issue with my X Theme website (www.dasaposeltova.cz) on iPad in landscape orientation.

On iPad in landscape, the menu displays the desktop (inline) menu instead of the hamburger (mobile) menu.
Because it’s a touch device , the submenu items under parent menu links do not open on click. Only links without submenus work.
On mobile devices and on iPad in portrait mode, the mobile hamburger menu works correctly, and submenu items open on click.
On desktop, the hover menu works fine.

I believe the problem is that the desktop menu is being displayed on a touch device, so the click-to-open functionality doesn’t work.

My question:
How can I make the iPad in landscape orientation display the mobile hamburger menu (so that submenu items are clickable), without breaking the desktop menu on larger screens?

Hi @DaPo,

Unfortunately, there is no option to show the Humberger menu on the specified devices. If you still want to do it, you need to do some customization, which is beyond the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you in doing the customization, or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
Alternatively, you can customize the Header using the Header Builder and add the Hamburger menu in the specific breakpoint using different navigation elements.
Please remember that the Header Builder is available exclusively in the Pro, not in X, which you are currently using.

I suggest downloading the Pro from your Themeco Account and following the instructions to upgrade your theme on how to change the theme after upgrading to Pro.
