When sharing a link to my site, using WhatsApp, I see the following in the link preview:
The text is similar to text embedded in the Home screen:
How can I prevent displaying of this meta information on the link preview? The beginning text is correct, but the rest of the information should not be displayed. It displays correctly on Android.

It looks like WhatsApp grabs the HTML content instead of the meta description like the other social media sites. This is an issue with WhatsApp so it’s best that you report this to WhatsApp support. I believe that they must not exclude none text HTML in the preview like the style tag.
For now, the only workaround for this is to insert hidden text as your first content. Highlighted in the screenshot below is your first text followed by Essential Grid’s styles. You must add a hidden text above your current first text.
