Strange Heading On Blog Page

I am using the x-child theme.
I have a Posts page that I am not sure where it came from.
In Settings, I have my blog folder as Comment.
The system created a Comments folder. This folder contains replies to the one post on the Posts page.
In Settings, when I click on the Posts page dropdown, there is no page called Posts.
Although everything else seems ok, this does not make sense to me.
Does anyone know why this is different than expected?
Also, when I view the Comment menu tab on the website, it has the heading BLOG. I have now idea where this is coming from. I checked every place that I could think of and checked Google with no luck. If anyone can point me to the answer, I would appreciate it very much.
Thank you
Bill

Hello Bill,

You have created a page named “Comment”:

In Settings > Reading, you have assigned the “Comment” page as your Posts Page:

The blog heading is the default landmark title for the blog index. If you want to change this, kindly go to X > Theme Options > Integrity > Blog Options. This is where you can change the blog heading title and the sub title.

Best Regards.

Thank you very much.
I am sorry I bothered you with this. I looked hear before posting to the Forum but did not see it. Actually, I did not notice it before, even though you told me it was there. I had to go back and look more. I think the Header On/Off made me not notice it but there is no excuse.
Thanks again
Bill
