Sticky not sticking

Hi,

If you go to this url:

Home - Berkshire Roots Cannabis Dispensary Serving Massachusetts

and scroll down you’ll see the top green header bar remains sticky…until you scroll back up and then down and up again, in which it scrolls up and off the screen.

The bar is set to Sticky just like the bar beneath it (that actually remains sticky throughout), so what am I missing?

Hello Dave,

Thanks for writing in! Your site is only using Pro 5.1.4. You may need to update it to the latest version Pro 6.22. You can check out the changelog here:

Hi, yes, that is one solution for sure, but this is basic stuff that has worked for many versions of Pro, why would it not work running 5.1.4?

Hi Dave,

I would suggest you follow the suggestion given by my colleague and update the Pro to its latest version and check if that resolves your problem or not. If not, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
