Sticky Header / Hide Initially Feature

Hello! I am using a bar that hides initially and then appears as you start to scroll down and sticks, as you scroll. It disappears, once you get back to the very top where the main navigation is.

However, when you start to scroll down, the bar pops up. I don’t want it to pop out. There was a time when it would glide in from the top smoothly, after you start to scroll down. Is there anyway to get it to slide in from the top (after hiding initially), like it did in the previous version of XTheme?

It was a really nice slide in, after you began to scroll down. I will leave login credentials in a secret note. Thank you!

I have checked your website but unfortunately, unable to recognize the problem with a sticky header. I have also checked the header and found two different bars which are sticky and initially hidden. I would request you please provide any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
